1 Cup Milk
½ Cup Farina/Semolina
½ Tsp. Salt
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Butter
½ Tsp. Cinnamon Powder
Handful of Raisins
Bring 1 cup of milk to boil. Once the milk starts boiling, gradually add in the farina and continue stirring the milk until it thickens.
Add ½ a teaspoon of salt while continuing to stir. Once cooked, turn off the heat and transfer it to a bowl.
Then, add in 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of butter, ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon powder and a handful of raisins.
Mix the ingredients well and your Russian kasha is ready to eat.
